Wednesday Group Strength and Conditioning

Back squat
6 reps at
-3 Sotts press from behind the neck (snatch squat press)
-3 Sotts press from front squat (true Sott’s press)
Start with pvc and increase weight each round
Skill 1.
5R. Every 90s do:
-1 High hang snatch (. the high hang is straight up and down. no power snatch!!)
-1 snatch balance (no dip)
-3 Overhead squats:
Hold onto the bar the whole time.
Increase weight every round
Skill 2.
Snatch tempo pulls:
3 Rounds
-2 reps….
1 rep is:10 sec up, 10 sec down.
hit all 6 positions
