– 5m handstand walk (scale to 20/15 Push-ups)
-15m Crab Walk (scale to 10 rocking table)
-15m Broad Jump Burpees
-20 hollow rocks
-rest one minute
on the next round, pick up where you left off
10 min Skin the cats / german hang skill work
