-10 DB/KB single leg Romanian deadlift each side
-3 turkish get-ups (each side)

2 rounds of Tabata: 8 sets of 20 seconds work: 10 seconds rest
 
-Round 1: Row for calories-(complete 8 sets)
-rest 1:00 minute-
-Round 2: Hollow rocks- (complete 8 sets)
