-12 toes to bar
* Rx scaling: Deficit strict > strict > deficit kipping > kipping
*Scale down with Box assisted HSPU > dumbbell shoulder presses or push-ups (adjust reps as determined with the coach); may complete as strict/or with deficit or kipping
