I’M SURE CHECKING THE WEBSITE/FACEBOOK IS PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE BUT ARE YOU A CHERRY PICKER? A CHERRY PICKER IS SOMEONE WHO LOOKS AT THE WOD AND PICKS THE WOD THEY WANT TO DO. LET’S SAY, I HATE THRUSTERS AND I AVOID ANY TYPE OF WOD THAT INCLUDES THRUSTERS. I’M LIMITING MYSELF FROM GROWING AS AN ATHLETE. IF I DON’T PRACTICE DOING THRUSTERS, I’LL NEVER GET ANY BETTER AND I’LL CONTINUE TO DESPISE THEM. WE TEACH OUR KIDS THAT “PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.” WELL, LET’S LIVE BY THOSE WORDS AND WORK AT OUR WEAKNESSES! DON’T BE A CHERRY PICKER!
