Tuesday Group Strength and Conditioning

Partner WOD (I go – you go).
Both partners always moving. While one partner rows, the other completes an easy 200m run or 50-75 double unders (except for the 200m rows)
Each partner completes:
-1000m row (partner runs 200m)
-800m row (partner does double unders)
-600m row (partner runs 200m)
-400m row (partner does double unders)
-3x 200m row (here one partner rests while the other rows, A rows 200, B rows 200, A rows 200, B rows 200 etc. )
the goal is to progressively row at a faster pace each round
