Tuesday Group Strength and Conditioning

21-15-9 Reps for time:
-Calorie Bike
-Deadlifts (no more than 185/125)
-Lateral Burpees over the barbell
Workout 2= 3 x 1 min Sam Dancer’s Banded March
-Abs tight, neutral core (don’t lean back)
-Pull heel to butt on each step. You can also raise knees.
-Hold anywhere from 10-100 lb med ball or d-ball
