-10 DB hang clean & jerks

-10 lateral burpees over dumbbell

-10 calorie bike

-Rest 2:00 and repeat.

 

Alternate complete rounds with your partner. “”Resting”” athlete holds a plank while the “”working”” athlete does burpees.
