Thursday Group Strength and Conditioning

Back squat
-10 reps at 68%
-8 reps at 73%
-6 reps at 78%
-4 reps at 82%
 
High Hang Snatch + 2 Pause Overhead Squat -Set barbell up on blocks for high hang snatch -After second rep, do one more overhead squat with a :03 pause in the bottom -Focus on movement quality, not weight.
 
Try for 10 sets, but calibrate according to space and time left after squats
