Band sprints with a partner

-at least two side shuffles (one each direction)
– 4 accelerations each with the bands

WOD
Push the unweighted (or lightly weighted) sled back and forth along the green mat as far as you can in 20 seconds

-25 lb plate
-45 lb plate
– two 45 lb plates
-45 lb plate
-25 lb plate
-unweighted

Aim to go every 2.5 to 3 minutes
**all classes/workshops are on except 6 am**

**Special snow day open gym 1:30 pm- 4:30 pm**
