Back squat
Using 3 second pause in bottom of the squat, Build as close to 80% 1RM as possible
 
4-3-2-1-1-1
 
Back squat
-80% x 3 reps superset with 20m prowler push (135/90/45)
-85% x 3 reps superset with 20m prowler push
-90% x 3+ reps superset with 20m prowler push
 
Rest as much as needed between sets
 
A superset is when one set of an exercise is performed directly after a set of a different exercise without rest between them. From the back squat go immediately to the prowler
