20 min EMOM . 5 rounds of cycling through the following movements. Do one movement each minute.
1) 20s pistols
2) 30s rope climb (scale from legless to rope rows)
3) handstand work for up to 30s (hold, shoulder tap, walk etc)
4) 10 GHD sit up
