Thursday Group Strength and Conditioning

WOD 1 -4×1 turkish get up (heavy. Aim to reach 1RM)

-2x50ft waiters walk, heavy (one each arm)

WOD 2= For time Teams of three complete:

-300 cal airdyne (one person working, switch every 25 cal)

While the other two work towards 4 rounds:

-50 dumbbell hang power cleans (50/35)

-100 double unders *split work as desired
