-GHD hip extensions with a barbell on back: 4 x 8 reps
Try anything from empty PVC, to training bar, to loaded bar.
-Kb snatch+ohs+sotts press+turkish get up+stand…..2 reps each hand x 3 sets.
-GHD hamstring curls
4 sets of 5 reps
