Saturday Group Strength and Conditioning

Every 4:00 for 7 rounds.
-Run 400 meters
Advanced mid-distance runners do 8 rounds
 
This is a very high-volume session.
Attempt to keep a challenging but consistent pace on all efforts. Maintain sprint form but stay relaxed
 
*if you can’t run ( or don’t want to) you coach will be happy to give you an alternative workout!
