Saturday Group Strength and Conditioning

Teams of 2
 
Each team accumulates
– 30 pistols
-20 meters of handstand walk
-4 minutes of L-sit (Rx = ankles above hip.. scaled = knees above hip)
-4 minutes of Superman hold (arched body hold)
-4 minutes of L-hang from the bar
 
Divide the load any way you see fit. Events do not have to be conducted in order, but use something to record your times.
