Yay Track Day Saturday for Group Strength and Conditioning
*meet at Roosevelt High School Track ** 10 am
-2 x 500m run (70% 1st 400m, 80% last 100m)
rest 3 min between efforts
*Stay at 70% on the first 400m, focusing on technique and foot leaving the ground as soon as it strikes
-2 x 200m (stay at 75%, and stay “bouncy” but efficient)
Rest 30s between efforts
4 x 40m (these should be fast but smooth)
Rest 20s between efforts
