Saturday Group Strength and Conditioning

WOD 1
For 8 minutes the group drags the large tire as far as they can. Divide labor any how you like.
 
WOD 2
Partner WOD. Pairs or triplets if needed
 
18 min AMRAP
-15 tire flips (divide labor any how you like)
-20 pushups with hands on tire and feet on ground. One partner works at a time. Stay in hollow body position (yes, I know it sounds easy now)
-20 tire jumps. (like box jump but onto the tire)
One partner works at a time. Suggest alternating partners
-200m tire roll.
