Double Overhand Deadlift 5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
4 Box Jump or Step Overs
1 Deadlift
6 Box Jump or Step Overs
2 Deadlifts
8 Box Jump or Step Overs
3 Deadlifts

Continue adding 2 Box Jump Overs, and 1 Deadlift each round until time expires. Start at the beginning each interval

Rest 1:30 between each cycle.
