Rest as needed between sets.

Goal is 70-80% or Moderate-Heavy. Option for Squat or Power. Does not need to be TNG.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
1 Power Clean, pick load
5 Handstand Push-ups/ Challenging Push Up
15 Air Squats

Elevated Push Up
