Monday Group Strength and Conditioning

4 rounds for time of:
-500m row
-Accumulate 1 minute handstand hold
Watch the clock when you go up into the handstand and when you come down. Then add your times to accumulate 1 min
Freestanding > wall facing > Box facing with hips above head and one leg up > box facing with both feet on box > pike with one foot on floor and one leg up> Pike with both feet on floor.
