Monday Group Strength and Conditioning

WOD = 6 rounds of:

Minute 1- 5 Back Squats

Minute 2- HSPU for 40 seconds

Minute 3- 8 DB Step Overs 20 inch or knees hip height or lower when stepping up , DB: 50/35

Minute 4- 12/10 Cal row

Minute 5- Rest *Aim for 75% 1RM or above on back squats, but do not max out today
