Monday Group Strength and Conditioning

-3 front squat
-1 jerk

Work from the rack.
After the 3rd front squat, go immediately into the jerk.
Increase weight each round, but don’t go so heavy that you miss a rep.

Then
4 rounds of 3 reps

3 position pause clean pull + clean pull

Then
5R
-1 power clean
-1 full clean
Increase load with each round. But don’t get so heavy that you miss.
