Monday Group Strength and Conditioning

Back squat
5-4-3-2 Aim to have your set of two around 70-80% of 1RM
Then
1-1-1 try to exceed prior 1RM
 
Deadlift
4-3-2-1 Aim to have your set of one around 80% of 1RM
Then
1-1-1 by feel.. try to exceed 1RM.
