use weight between the bar and 50% of clean 1RM.

-3 Clean reverse deadlift into extension
-3 Hang clean.
use weight between the bar and 50% of clean 1RM
 
10 min EMOM
-high hang clean
-clean from just above the knee
-clean from the floor
*All cleans are full squat
* Feel free to add weight as you go along.
