Friday Group Strength and Conditioning

WOD 1 = “Death By Tire Flip”
With a continuously running clock perform:
-1 Tire Flip in the first 1 min, rest until the next minute
-2 Tire Flips in the second 1 min, rest until the next minute
-3 Tire Flips in the third 1 min, rest until the next minute
 
* Continue until you cannot increase the number of reps in a minute
* Work singly or in teams of up to 3 depending on ability
 
 
10 min EMOM
Every minute, do 3 weighted pull ups
Add weight every minute
 
Then
Work up to 1RM weighted pull up.
