Deadlifts
– build up to a heavy single
Suggested rep scheme 10-5-5-4-3-2-1-1….
Then
50 strict handstand pushups* for time.
-every break perform 10 hollow rocks
*scaling includes- reducing reps, performing from a box or from the floor, performing seated shoulder presses (dumbbell or barbell)
