B. High Hang Snatch (full squat)
 
B1. 3 x 5 @ by feel up to no more than 50% snatch
B2. 3 x 3 @ by feel up to no more than 70% snatch
 
Alternate between A and B
With increasing weight the sets should go as follows
A-B1-A-B1-A-B1-A-B2-A-B2-A-B2

Every minute do
– 1 Power Snatch
-2 Full Snatches
-3 Overhead Squats
