12 Days: PDX Strength Snowed in at home Edition
Day 1 – Wall walk
Day 2- 20m Bear Crawl
Day 3 – Deck Squat (or 3 pike squat)
Day 4 – Jumping Lunges
Day 5 – Push Ups
Day 6 – Sit Ups
Day 7 – Burpees
Day 8 – Mountain Climbers
Day 9 – Jumping Air Squats
Day 10 – Single Leg Glute Bridges (per side)
Day 11 – Hollow Rocks
Day 12 – Plank Jacks
*Workout flows just like the Holiday song…each day represents the number of reps. Start at Day 1 (1 rep), then do Day 2 (2 reps) + Day 1 (1 rep) , Day 3 (3 reps) + Day 2 (2 reps) + Day 1 (1 rep)…and so on.
Option to sub the wall walk for one snow angel
