Friday Group Strength and Conditioning

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
 
-5 overhead squats (no more than 95/135)
-10 box jumps (up to 24/30). No rebounding
-15 parallette shoot-throughs

Alternate the leg you step down with from the box jumps. Don’t get one-sided.
