The sled should be heavy enough for a single team member to be challenged moving by themselves, but able to move smoothly for the most part. Divide the work any way you want. Two (or more) people can push simultaneously
If only a team of 2 then reduce the weights on sled and farmer carry and drop bike calories by 25%
Teams of 2 aim for smooth and continuous. Teams of 3 try to go fast
