WOD 2 =wellness = 5 rounds:

-10 v-ups

-10 hollow rocks

-10 sec hollow hold

-rest 1 min between rounds-

 

For V-ups keep the small of the back pressed into the floor like a hollow rock. Scale to tuck ups or dead bugs
