Friday Group Strength and Conditioning

Death by burpee shuttle run
Every minute on the minute do:
-2 burpees
-shuttle run
10 minute cap
3 Rounds for time
-400m run
-20 DB front squats (as Heavy as possible up to 60lb in each hand)
-15 box jumps (24/20)
-10 DB walking lunges. (Use same weight as DB front squats)
