Build to heavy jerk from the rack

-30m partner wheelbarrow with pushup. ( Men do 3 pushups every 6 steps. Women do 1 pushup every 6 steps)
 
-200m run (all team members)
 
-30m overhead walking lunge with barbell (45/35)
