Friday Group Strength and Conditioning

WOD = 3 rounds for time of:

-100-ft. walking lunge

-50 air squats

-50 hip extensions (scale to arched body rock/supermans > empty bar good mornings)

 

IF you need to rest on the GHD, then swap out so someone else can get a turn, then jump back in.
