Try out this fun bodyweight skill and strength class, aimed at developing gymnastics movements and progressions to improve your fitness game.

Movements will vary each class but are likely to include a combination of pull-ups, toes to bar, handstands, push up variations, rope climbs, low key tumbling, ring work, muscle ups etc.

All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
