Sunday mornings (Powerlifting) and Wednesday evenings (Olympic Weightlifting)
Olympic Weightlifting consists of the clean, jerk and snatch. In this class you will focus on these three lifts, improving your power, speed, coordination, mobility and strength.
Power lifting consists of the bench press, squat and deadlift. In this class you will focus on these three lifts, as well as lots of accessory work. You will get a full body workout, and focus on building strength.
You don’t have to be advanced or an expert by no means in these lifts. These classes are a great way to learn the lifts mentioned in a small group setting.
