Sunday mornings (Powerlifting) and Wednesday evenings (Olympic Weightlifting)
If you are a fan of Olympic Weightlifting (clean and jerk, snatch) or Power lifting (Deadlift, Squat, Bench) this is the class for you! We require some experience with a barbell for this class. You don’t have to be an advanced or an expert by no means, but at least had some exposure to the lifts mentioned above. (If you haven’t performed the lifts above, we can set you up with a coach for an hour session to get you up to speed and make sure you can strength train safely with the group) Just contact email@example.com to arrange a session.
