For those of you doing some traveling this holiday season, here’s some simple travel workouts that don’t require much equipment other than your jump rope! Let me know if you try any of these out! Cheers and Happy Holidays campers!

Our January Beginner Bootcamps are already filling up quickly. Before diving into our Group Strength and Conditioning classes, we require most athletes to take our 6 week Beginner course. In our Beginner bootcamp, we cover all of the basic movements we perform in PDXstrength and slowly introduce the high intensity of our workouts so folks aren’t just blindly racing into a tough workout and getting hurt. Safety is our priority, so we keep the Beginner classes small.
Once you complete your Beginner program, you will be able to sign up for PDXprep or at the discretion of your coach, begin taking our group strength and conditioning classes. Click the link below to sign up! 2015 is gonna be your year to excel!

Last night was the last class of our 6 week Fall Beginner Bootcamp! Let’s give a hand to all these awesome badasses that have worked so hard.
