Wednesday Home Workout

Greeting strength tribe. We miss seeing your faces. We have began our planning for phase one and excited about what we have to offer to keep our coaches and clients safety the top priority. Just to give you a sneak peak, we will start back with our roots! PDXSTRENGTH started in cathedral park with outdoor classes and that’s what we will offer our first month back. We will also have zoom classes so you can decide what works best for you. All of our classes will no longer require 101, as we are hoping to lower the barrier of entry to keep our gym thriving! Push and pull!
5 sets:
1:15 max rotational pushups
1:15 max burpee pull-ups
-rest 1:30 between rounds-
*Elevate the pushups as needed; make sure whatever you use is stable! Negatives or knee pushups are also good options
*Utilize a step stool or chair to assist pull-ups. Especially when using a door frame, these get tough!!
