New Workshop: Capoeira Fitness Basics

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that mixes acrobatics, music and dance. In this 60 minute class, you’ll get a quick overview of the history of capoeira, learn some of the basic movements, and get a great workout at the same time! This class will also introduce students to the capoeira “roda” where we’ll have a chance to apply the movements in a traditional capoeira game. Cost is only  $7 

No experience necessary! It’s perfect for beginners.  Class is taught by our radical member, Erin Gray. All proceeds will be donated to Erin’s charity of choice.
