We will be hosting an hour long workout for all levels ( members and non members) on Sunday April 7th at 10:30 am! There will be prizes and refreshments so don’t miss out on this opportunity to get a little sweaty and raise some money for Friends for the Children. I’ve always been a huge fan of mentoring programs. I truly benefited as a youth from my local mentoring program and have had wonderful experiences volunteering as a mentor. We will be taking donations at the event and you can sign up for free using this link:

Below is some information on Friends for the Children.
Here is their mission statement:
Generational poverty can be broken. We’ve been doing it for over 20 years.
Children born into poverty are at risk for dropping out of school, substance abuse, incarceration and teen parenting. We provide a salaried, professional mentor, called a Friend, for their entire childhood, from kindergarten through graduation. 12.5 years. No matter what.
83% of our youth graduate high school.
93% have avoided the juvenile justice system.
98% have avoided early parenting.
