Our January Beginner Bootcamps are already filling up quickly. Before diving into our Group Strength and Conditioning classes, we require most athletes to take our 6 week Beginner course. In our Beginner bootcamp, we cover all of the basic movements we perform in PDXstrength and slowly introduce the high intensity of our workouts so folks aren’t just blindly racing into a tough workout and getting hurt. Safety is our priority, so we keep the Beginner classes small.
Once you complete your Beginner program, you will be able to sign up for PDXprep or at the discretion of your coach, begin taking our group strength and conditioning classes. Click the link below to sign up! 2015 is gonna be your year to excel!
