Sam Campbell

I’ve been involved in sports, dance, barre, yoga, Spin, weight lifting, and general athletics for the better part of my life. My experience at PDX Strength has helped me build a strong body that is capable of any challenge. I might not look like your typical gym rat but I know that fitness is for any body. Marrying my in-gym experience with Level 1 certification I am excited to give back to the PDX Strength community through coaching. My goal is to help you be your best when you come to the gym. I know that some days, your best is just getting through the door, and other days it might be hitting that 1 rep max. Either way, I am here to support you, meet you where you are, and help you work towards where you want to go.
