Everyday Athlete

Join the fun in our Everyday Athlete classes, perfect for newcomers to PDXstrength! These classes offer a welcoming atmosphere for those who may shy away from technical barbell  lifts and gymnastics.

We focus on mastering the basics like squats, lunges, and bodyweight exercises, all while keeping the workouts exciting and sweaty! Whether you’re a beginner learning proper form or an advanced athlete looking for a lighter day or a challenge, our classes are scalable for all levels.

We mix it up with an exciting variety of equipment, including kettlebells, barbells, tires, sleds, slam balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, rings, ropes, and even outdoor obstacles when the weather is nice!. You’ll enjoy a dynamic workout that’s safe, effective, and a whole lot of fun! Come find your groove and unleash your inner athlete!
