-3 Clean DL -3 Clean High Pull -3 Muscle Clean -3 Slow front squat

Increase weight as capable. Rest as needed

10min: -3 power Clean to Pause + front squat. Increase weight as capable. Rest as needed

10min: -3 hang squat clean. Increase weight as capable. Rest as needed
